Goals for the December 2015 are:
1.) Need to hit my final number for KopywritingKourse.com growth by 11:59pm December 31st, 2015
2.) MBT = MyBodyTutor. Have been staying consistent with health.

Goals for November:
MBT is MyBodyTutor to help with food intake regulation and consistency.

Workout:
A few months ago I started working out occasionally with my friend Billy. What’s interesting is last year he randomly entered a body building competition and won.
His secret?
Eat well + workout + do that everyday for a year.
He got down to 3.5% body fat (which is INSANE) by just following that routine……but also closely tracking it.
I’m not aiming for his results or closely tracking every workout yet, but I’ve started jotting down a few things to keep me accountable on this spreadsheet:
I’m also following Billy’s 5-day workout regimen:
What’s helped a lot is joining a gym outside of my apartment gym.
My apartment gym is nice and all, but doesn’t have the same energy, vibe, or equipment as a real gym.
Car:
Years and years and years ago I bought a Lexus GS300. The car has been a beast over the years. In terms of cars and price it was an unbelievable purchase.
I drive very little here in Austin so I’ve never been in a big hurry to get a new car, but I recently picked this baby up:
It’s the exact same car, just a newer GS 350:
The old GS300 in the back, new GS350 in the front:
Interesting note: Since the day I got it, I’ve never put a front license plate on my original GS300. With this new car I’m finally road legal!
Look at dat ass:
The main thing I’ve noticed between the two cars is the level of technology. From the starter, the door opening, any functionality, the integration with my phone……it’s all electronic.
It’s amazing to see the level of technology going into these cars.
Hope it lasts the same way the older one did!

My goals for October 2015 include:
Time to get started knocking them out!

After my shoe hospital street advertising experiment I decided to make some cool shoes of my own:
Boring blue shoes from Zara Man that I rarely wear:
A can of $4 gold pray paint and a hangar (to hold the shoe without getting hands dirty):
Already looking cooler:
Put some plastic bags in the shoes to avoid inner spray paint exposure:
Gold shoes complete!
Add blue shoe laces for cool contrasting effect:
Actually this isn’t the first time I’ve done this. In 2009 I spray painted my first pair of shoes.
There’s this oddly-satisfying feeling from wearing something you (sorta) made!

My goals for August 2015:
1.) I’m still in list building mode.
That’s primary focus.
2.) I want to learn to type faster.
I’m in a computer for most of the day, do a LOT of writing, and a LOT of email. The fact I can only type 60 or 70 words per minute is pretty lame considering typing is what I do alllll day long.
A 10% – 30% increase in my typing speed can have huge impacts on my productivity. So this seems like an important thing to learn.
The problem is I “Chicken Peck” with my index fingers:
That’s right. EVERY SINGLE LETTER I TYPE IS WITH MY TWO INDEX FINGERS.
I can type reasonably fast, and without looking at the keyboard, but I’ve got my two index fingers running around the keyboard all day whilst my other fingers just chill.
That’s a waste.
This month I’m taking about 10 minutes per day to train myself to type with all my fingers.

Here’s my goals for July 2015:
It’s damn-near identical to my June 2015 goals because that combo of activities worked well.
But June is done now, so it’s time for July:
The only addition is I started tracking my daily calorie intake (a tactic I did in a six pack experiment years ago I learned from Adam at MBT).
Sometime in June I started tracking my caloric intake and workout status on mirror in my living room. There’s something stupidly EASY AND HELPFUL about just writing down a health summary of my day.
Quite useful:
Anywho, time to start chipping away at July!

I visited an offshore oil rig my dad helped design, it was pretty cool getting to actually go on one (normally it’s NOT a thing visitors get to do)!
These are huge billion+ dollar projects with thousands of parts from hundreds of different suppliers. Cool too see projects of this scale come together:
Something I found interesting:
To get this platform built and setup costs about 1 billion dollars. It can pump roughly $5,000,000/day in oil.
Assuming there’s only 300 full-production days per year, that’s still $1.5billion/year for 10+ years. This rig will probably scrounge up $10 – 20 BILLION in oil over the years.
Wow….oil ain’t a bad business!!
